Marta Martins is Executive director of ARTEMREDE, a Portuguese network created in 2005 that gathers 16 municipalities and promotes the development of the territories through artistic creation, cultural mediation strategies, capacity-building activities and policy-making. She has a degree in Law, a Postgraduate degree in Cultural Management in Cities and a Master Degree in Culture Studies.
