AB Dance Research

AB Dance Research – associazione nata nel 2018 – accoglie l’eredità artistica dei trent’ anni di carriera e dell’attività produttiva di Adriana Borriello, danzatrice, coreografa e pedagoga.
Partecipa alla fondazione di Rosas di A. T.de Keersmaeker. Nel 1986 forma a Parigi una propria compagnia, che trasferisce poi in Italia. I suoi spettacoli sono accolti nei più prestigiosi festival e teatri italiani e stranieri.
A fine anni ‘90 realizza il primo progetto pilota italiano di residenza coreografica a Milano con Teatridithalia. Nel 2015 dà vita a un nuovo ciclo di lavori riuniti nel progetto Col Corpo Capisco dove trova un punto di unione tra la sua ricerca pedagogica e l’atto performativo. Dal 2012 al 2014 è Direttore artistico del Progetto Danza del Teatro Gesualdo di Avellino.
Dal 2018 progetta Da.Re. Dance Research – Sistemi dinamici per la trasmissione e la ricerca nelle arti performative contemporanee, corso di perfezionamento formativo finanziato dal MIC.

Per AB Dance Reseach, Liv.in.g. conduce un percorso di accompagnamento che ha l’obiettivo di approfondire la conoscenza delle opportunità europee e internazionali; attivare e consolidare collaborazioni a livello internazionale;  accompagnare una candidatura a Erasmus plus 2022 in modalità learning by doing, risultata vincitrice.

AB Dance Research – founded in 2018 – welcomes the artistic legacy of Adriana Borriello’s thirty-year career and productive activity as a dancer, choreographer and pedagogue.
She participated in the foundation of Rosas by A. T.de Keersmaeker. In 1986 she formed her own company in Paris, which she then transferred to Italy. Her shows were welcomed in the most prestigious Italian and foreign festivals and theatres.
At the end of the ’90s he created the first Italian pilot project of choreographic residence in Milan with Teatridithalia. In 2015 he created a new cycle of works gathered in the project Col Corpo Capisco where he found a point of union between his pedagogical research and the performative act. From 2012 to 2014 he was Artistic Director of the Dance Project at the Teatro Gesualdo in Avellino.
Since 2018 he has been designing Da.Re. Dance Research – Dynamic systems for transmission and research in contemporary performing arts, an advanced training course funded by the Italian Ministry of Culture.

For AB Dance Reseach, Liv.in.g. leads an accompanying path that aims to deepen the knowledge of European and international opportunities; activate and consolidate collaborations at international level; accompany an application to Erasmus plus 2022 in learning by doing mode, with positive result.
