Carlotta Garlandai is a cultural manager and project designer in the performing arts sector. In her career she has successfully managed international projects for a variety of public and private institutions in Italy and abroad. She is the author and project manager of Creative Europe funded projects. She is also a lecturer in Eu project design.

She is the general manager of MK contemporary dance company and consultant for national and international organizations.
