Fondazione del Monte of Bologna and Ravenna is a bank foundation funded on July 15, 1991 by the Banca del Monte of Bologna and Ravenna, following the reform laws of public banks (Law 30/7/1990 n.218 and Legislative Decree no. Lgs 20/11/1990 n. 356). It is a legal person under private law, non-profit, with full statutory and managerial autonomy, which pursues purposes of public interest and social utility. The Foundation is a member of ACRI (an organization that brings together the Casse di Risparmio Spa and the Italian Bank Foundations), and to the Federative Association between Casse e Monti of Emilia-Romagna.
