Gerardo de Luzenberger is a passionate facilitator, consultant, and trainer and an IAF – Certified™ Professional Facilitator | Master. He works in different sectors and industries, supporting organisations in developing stakeholders’ engagement strategies and programmes, in redesigning their working processes using participatory approaches, in implementing Agile transformations.
He teaches participatory project management at the University of Trento. He is currently serving the International Association of Facilitators as the Global Director of Professional Development.
