Giulio Stumpo is an economist, independent researcher and lecturer in the field of cultural and creative industries, with a strong experience in economic analysis, evaluations, cultural management. He is a consultant for national and international institutions and projects in the field of culture and tourism.

He teaches Welfare Economy at the University of L’Aquila and is an advisory board member of Fabbrica Europa per le Arti Contemporanee.
